Refund policy

For any request of return/refund please contact us immediately upon delivery of your order, and where possible please attach a photograph for proof of issue. Further information on how we handle such requests are detailed below.

Returns
We do not allow returns due to change of mind. Returns will only be accepted if the product was not exact to your order (in which case we will cover the cost of shipping) and will send products as per your order.

Refunds 
If your order arrives damaged (or partially damaged) we will review the your request and in usual circumstances will resend your order. If for any reason we don't believe we can safely resend your order we will offer a refund.
